About Lilly

I am a woman, now in my 50s. I did some drawing in my early teens, but did not start drawing again until 2023. I have no art education. But I have been working in health care for many years. I find people, their stories, their expressions, their strength and personal experiences are, truly inspiring. I wanted to give myself an big Challenge: to learn how to draw portraits. I want to capture a symbol, or a hidden feeling, or a glimpse into a person`s soul. Some portraits are comments of the society we live in, or the environment we share.
